WAYS OF SHIPPING AND PAYMENT
ORDERS CAN BE FULFILLED IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
1) Through the website, after finding the product you want, press the “in cart” button and you have two options:
α) Continue your order by finding and adding the other products you want, either
b) Complete your order by clicking the “view cart” button and following the detailed payment process and determining the delivery details.
2) By phone, calling the number 2353301376, daily from 9:00 – 15:00 and on Saturday between 9:00 – 14:00.
3) By sending an e-mail to email@example.com
Payment of your order is made before or during the delivery of the product and can be done with one of the following payment methods:
1) Receipt and payment from the store Al. Papagou 7 – Aiginio Pieria – Contact Phone: 2353301376
2) Cash on delivery of the price of your order upon delivery of the product either at the place you have chosen (home, office), or at the Natural Points Courier Receipt – Cash on delivery costs 5€
3) By payment through our online store with the banking environment of Piraeus Bank at the end of the order.
4) BY DEPOSIT / TRANSFER TO THE COMPANY’S BANK ACCOUNT (OR IN A STORE OR THROUGH E-BANKING) Deposit the amount of money in one of the following accounts of the company:

With prepayment: 3 €
Cash on delivery: 5 €
Indicative delivery time 1-2 working days for regions: Thrace, Macedonia, Thessaly, Central Greece, Athens & Patra 2-3 working days for regions: Epirus, Ionian Islands, Peloponnese, Crete, North Aegean, South Aegean.

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.
Shipping: Οur products are perfectly packaged during shipment and there is no damage during their delivery.
Product returns are accepted only in case the product is defective or does not meet its description as long as the buyer informs our store immediately (within 14 days and with the receipt or purchase invoice). The product must not have been used. Order Return: It is possible to cancel the order, if it has not left the store. In case the order is canceled after the start of the shipment, you will be charged the corresponding costs. The cancellation can be done either via e-mail, at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 2353301376. If the amount of the order has already been paid then the refund will be made within 1 day from the date the products will be received. It is even possible to partially cancel the order by removing products, if the shipment has not been made.
